They charged me some extra money for incomplete application because a part of their system was down, only so I can be called few minutes after by another member of the staff to learn that my data was actually saved locally in their system as I did my knowledge-based test only about a week ago. The lady smashed the telephone at the end of the conversation that lead to her frustration, pulled up the interlocutor picture from her system and announced loudly to all other staff members (while proudly turning the monitor with picture around so everybody could see) that if this person shows up today at their facility, nobody should assist him. That was the moment where I really wanted to leave. That was quite rude and definitely not very professional.
